RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JUNE 3, 2019 TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TO REZONE 20.88 ACRES OF LAND FROM "A-
l" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "M-2,P" PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 4455
REMINGTON ROAD, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of June 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by the City of Waterloo to rezone
20.88 acres of land from "A-1" Agricultural District to "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District,
located northwest of 4455 Remington Road.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
