RESOLUTION NO. 2019-371
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOWING CONTRACT FOR CITY
OWNED LOTS GENERALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH IOWA
CODE 657A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the mowing contract for city owned lots
generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the mowing contract for city owned lots
generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 20, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
mowing contract for city owned lots generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
