RESOLUTION NO. 2019-3 72
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOWING CONTRACT FOR CITY
OWNED LOTS GENERALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH IOWA
CODE 657A.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-371, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the mowing contract for city owned lots generally acquired through Iowa Code
657A, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a
public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
