RESOLUTION NO. 2019-377
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING
AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, TO FUND THE COSTS OF CONCEPTUAL
AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE CEDAR RIVER
MARINA DISTRICT IN DOWNTOWN WATERLOO, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Project Funding Agreement dated May 20, 2019, between the Waterloo Development
Corporation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the conceptual and preliminary design of the
Cedar River Marina District in Downtown Waterloo, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
