RESOLUTION NO. 2019-378
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$127,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF
CONCEPTUAL AND PRELIMINARY DESIGNS OF THE
CEDAR RIVER MARINA DISTRICT IN DOWNTOWN
WATERLOO, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Professional Services Agreement between AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $127,500, in
conjunction with the development of conceptual and preliminary designs of the Cedar River
Marina District in Downtown Waterloo, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
