RESOLUTION NO. 2019-380
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR GRANT AWARD
BETWEEN WATERLOO HOUSING TRUST FUND 6 AND CITY OF
WATERLOO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, IN
THE AMOUNT $25,000, FOR REPAIRS TO EXISTING SINGLE
FAMILY OWNER OCCUPIED HOMES, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract for grant award dated May 20, 2019 between the Waterloo Housing Trust Fund
6 and the City of Waterloo Community Development Department, in the amount of$25,000, for
repairs to existing single family owner occupied homes, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
