RESOLUTION NO. 2019-382
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STRAND
ASSOCIATES OF MADISON,WISCONSIN, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $17,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
EMERGENCY REMOVAL AND DAMAGE ASSESSMENT OF
THE DIGESTER NO. 3 LID, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-337.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement dated May 20, 2019, between
Strand Associates and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $17,000, in
conjunction with emergency removal and damage assessment of the Digester No. 3 lid, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2019-337 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
