NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day
Of June, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a request by;
the City of Waterloo to rezone 20.88'
acres of land from "A-1" Agricultural
District to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial
District located northwest of 4455 Rem-
ington Road, legally described as follows:
Legal Description of Property to be
Rezoned:
THE NORTHWEST 14 OF THE SOUTH-
WEST IA OF SECTION 15, T89N, R12W,
EXCEPT THE NORTH '/z THEREOF,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection: with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
