ON SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day
of June, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the. City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
DGOGWaterlooia10032018 LLC (Dollar
General) to vacate 1.47 acres of City
Right -of -Way located northeast of the
Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Idaho
Street Intersection, legally described as
