TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day
of June, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers, in City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the approval of
a Development Agreement and Minimum
Assessment Agreement and authorizing
the sale and conveyance of property to
SFN Real Estate, LLC, for $1.00; for the
development of two data centers located
southeast of 1414 Commercial Street,
legally described as follows:
LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 58, ANTHONY
BAKER'S ADDITION, CITY OF..WATEI
