BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: THE
SOUTHERLY ONE (1) FOOT ONE (1)
INCH OF THE FIFTEEN (15) FOOT
STORM SEWER EASEMENT AS PLAT-
TED ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT
4 OF BALTIMORE FIELD 1STADD(TION,
ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. -
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
