ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 351 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 350,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Fifty
One (351) .

The West 433 . 00 feet of that part of the SW 1/, NW 1/ of
Section 9-88-13 , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
lying South of U. S . Hwy. 20 .
