ORDINANCE NO. 4670
AN ORDINANCE VACATING RIGHT OF-WAY GENERALLY
DESCRIBED AS THE SAN MARNAN RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED IN FRONT OF LOTS 2 AND 3 , ANDERSON' S
SIXTH ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA AND RESCINDING
ORDINANCE NO. 4648 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of East San Marnan Drive lying North of and
adjacent to Lot 2 , Anderson' s Sixth Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 ; thence
North 01°17' 54" East a distance of 50 . 00 feet ; thence
South 88°43 ' 24" East a distance of 389 .46 feet ; thence
South 01°15 ' 28" West a distance of 50 . 00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 2 ; thence North 88°43 ' 24"
West along the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of
381. 5q feet to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The North line of Lot 2 is assume to bear North
88°43 ' 24" West ;
and also;
That part of East San Marnan Drive lying North of and
adjacent to Lot 3 , Anderson' s Sixth Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 ; thence
North 01°15' 27" East a distance of 40 . 00 feet; thence
South 88°43 ' 24" East a distance of 305 . 08 feet; thence
South 01°17' 47" West a distance of 40 . 00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 3 ; thence North 88°43 ' 24"
West along the North line of said Lot 3 a distance of
305 . 07 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The North line of Lot 3 is assumed to bear North
88°43 ' 24" West;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that Ordinance No. 4648 be, and the
same is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
