ORDINANCE NO. 4690
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 357 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY AND
RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 3682 IN ITS
ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 356,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Fifty
Seven (357) .
"357 .
Southeast 1/ of the Southeast % except the Easterly 330
feet of Section 32 , Township 89, Range 13
And,
Part of the Northeast 1/ of the Southeast 1/ of Section
32 , Township 89, Range 13 beginning at the Southwest
corner of the Northeast 1/ of the Southeast % of said
section thence Easterly 990 feet thence Northerly 675
feet along part of the East line of the Westerly 990
feet of the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 1/ of said
section thence Southwesterly to point of beginning
And,
Part of the Southeast 1/ of Section 32 , Township 89,
Range 13 beginning at a point 420 feet South of the
Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/ of the Southeast 141
of said section thence Southerly to the Southeast
corner of said section thence Westerly 330 feet thence
Northerly 1, 995 feet thence Northeasterly to point of
beginning except commencing at a point on the East line
of Section 32 which is 1, 180 . 5 feet North of the
Southeast corner of said section thence Westerly 200
feet thence Northerly 200 feet thence Easterly 200 feet
thence Southerly 200 feet to point of beginning, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1"
Unclassified District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2, P"
Planned Industrial District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 3 . That Ordinance No. 3682 , be and the same
hereby repealed in its entirety.
