AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE NORTHEASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOTS
Cl, C2 AND C3 OF CEDAR CREST THIRD ADDITION,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described easement :
The Northeasterly 30 feet of Lots C-1, C-2 and C-3 ,
Cedar Crest Third Addition (A part of Government Lot 4
in Section 12-88-13 and A Replat of Part of Cedar
Crest) , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: January 10, 2000
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 10, 2000
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 10, 2000
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 10, 2000
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
