AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE CEDAR HILLS PLAT,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Lots Nos . 1 thru 20 and Tracts C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K,
L, M, and N in Cedar Hills, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ordinance No. 4310 be and the
same is hereby rescinded in its entirety.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: February 7, 2000
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: February 7, 2000
