ORDINANCE NO. 4403
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF CRESTWOOD
DRIVE GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF LACKLAND
DRIVE INTERSECTION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Crestwood Drive from the Northwesterly line of Lot C-1,
Cedar Crest Third Addition (A part of Government Lot 4
in Section 12-88-13 and a replat of part of Cedar
Crest) Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa Southeasterly
a distance of 340 . 21 feet, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the
Southeast 170 . 00 feet of said parcel .
