ORDINANCE NO. 4406
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTION (40a) DENVER STREET TO
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (90a) DUBLIN DRIVE TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (30a) W. EIGHTH STREET TO
SECTION 553 , NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (40a) Denver Street is hereby added to Section
543 , Thru Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, as follows :
(40a) Denver Street From Williston Avenue to Forest Avenue
That Subsection (90a) Dublin Drive is hereby added to Section
551, Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the
1999 Traffic Code, as follows :
(90a) Dublin Drive East side from Orange Road to southerly
end of street
That Subsection (30a) W. Eighth Street is hereby added to Section
553 , No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1999 Traffic Code, as
follows :
(30a) W. Eighth Street West side in a northerly direction from
Commercial Street

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: February 21, 2000
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: February 21, 2000
