AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY K w��,�G
ABUTTING PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON COURT AS SSfCooly
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Lot 11, Block 7, Lakeside Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.
