ORDINANCE NO. 4410
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 89 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 88, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-nine (89) .
"89 .
Lots Nos . 66, 67, and 68 all in Dixon Place Fourth
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" ,
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, C-Z" ,
Conditional Zoning District, as above described, subject to the
following conditions :
1 . Subject to the site plan as submitted, which is the aerial
photo of the site in its current condition. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
