WESTERLY SIDE OF LOTS 10 THROUGH 18 IN VOLD
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described drainage and utility easement :
The Eight (8) foot platted drainage and utility
easement lying along the westerly eight (8) feet of
Lots Ten (10) through Eighteen (18) in Vold Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: May 1, 2000
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: May 1, 2000
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: May 1, 2000
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: May 1, 2000
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
