RESOLUTION NO. 2019-396
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGULATED ASBESTOS -
CONTAINING MATERIALS DEMOLITION SERVICES AT:
1107 COMMERCIAL STREET, 919-925 COMMERCIAL
STREET, 613 W. 7TH STREET, AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-395, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Regulated Asbestos -Containing Materials Demolition. Services at: 1107
Commercial Street, 919-925 Commercial Street, 613 W. 7th Street, and instructing City Clerk to
publish notice, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
