RESOLUTION NO. 2019-398
RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
OTTO SCHOITZ FOUNDATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO SKATEPARK PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZE THE LEISURE SERVICES DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Otto Schoitz Foundation Grant Agreement dated May 28, 2019, between the Otto
Schoitz Foundation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $100,000, to be used for the
construction of a new skate park to replace the skate park damaged in the flood of 2016, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th' day of May 2019.
