RESOLUTION NO. 2019-400
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISION OF THE INTENDED
USE PLAN FOR THE DRY RUN CREEK INTERCEPTOR
PROJECT BY ADDING A GENERATOR AT THE TEXAS
STREET (HAWKEYE) LIFT STATION TO HANDLE THE
ADDITIONAL FLOWS, MODIFYING ORIGINAL PROJECT
EXPENSES, FOR UPDATING THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the revision of the Intended Use Plan for the Dry Run Creek Interceptor Project by adding a
generator at the Texas Street (Hawkeye) Lift Station to handle the additional flows, modifying
original project expenses, for updating the Department of Natural Resources, is hereby accepted
and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May 2019.
