RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPORT FOR SUBMISSION OF
INTENDED USE PLAN AND UPDATING THE FACILITY
PLAN TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES FOR THE TITUS (MIDLAND AVENUE) LIFT
STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the support for submission of Intended Use Plan and updating the Facility Plan to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources for the Titus (Midland Avenue) Lift Station and Force Main
Project, is hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May 2019.
