AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE TEN (10) FOOT
PLATED ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 7
AND 8 IN THE 100 BLOCK OF MADISON STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North-South ten foot (10' ) alley as plated in Block
3 Hillside Addition that lies North of the North line
of Madison Street and South of a line drawn from the
Northeast corner of Lot 8 Block 3 said addition to the
Northwest corner of Lot 7 Block 3 said addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described parcel .
