AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 50' X 150' PORTION SSESSOR UN
OF KIMBALL AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD GENERALLY
LOCATED WEST OF THE 3000 BLOCK OF KIMBALL
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The East Fifty (50) feet of the South One-hundred fifty
(150) feet of Lot No. Twenty-three (23) Southgate
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
