AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE INTERIOR ALLEY SSFSSoC,:11
PORTION ABUTTING PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LINDEN AVENUE AND
FOWLER STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The east-west alley described as the South 22 feet of
the North 24 feet of Lot 3 Block 2 of Cowin' s Second
Addition (as dedicated by Ordinance No. 2213) ;
Also, the 20 foot wide North-South alley as platted
between Lots 1 through 5 Block 2 and Lot 6 Block 2 of
Cowin' s Second Addition, except the South 146 feet in
even width (previously vacated by Ordinance Nos . 2206
and 2213) ;
All in Section 30 Township 89 Range 13 , West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: June 12 , 2000
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: June 12 , 2000
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: June 12 , 2000
