ORDINANCE NO. 4424
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION 5, SENIOR ORGAN
TRAINING CENTER, TO SECTION 2A-20 (A) ,
PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES, OF PART X, "R-4"
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection 5, Senior Organ Training Center, is hereby
added to Section 2A-20 (A) , Principal Permitted Uses, of Part X,
"R-4" Multiple Residence District, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, as follows :
"5 . Senior Organ Training Center. "

PASSED 18T CONSIDERATION: July 10, 2000
