AN ORDINANCE VACATING TWO FEET OF THE PLATTED
EIGHT FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1643 HYPERION DRIVE, IN
THE CITY nF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK_ COUNTY
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North two (2) feet in even width of the platted
eight (8) foot drainage and utility easement lying
North of and parallel to the South lot line of Lot 45
in Greenbrier Fifth Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 24, 2000
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 24, 2000
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: July 24, 2000
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
