ORDINANCE NO. 4429
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 90 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 89, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety (90) .
"90 .
Unplatted Waterloo West, part of Southwest quarter of
Northwest quarter, Section 27, Township 89 North, Range
13 West, described as commencing at a point 104 . 30 feet
East of Northeast corner Lot 17 Auditors Plat of part
of Meadowdale thence South 555 feet thence
Northeasterly to a point that is 110 feet East and 517
feet South of point of beginning thence North 517 feet;
thence West 110 feet to point of beginning, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2 " ,
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2 , C-
Z" , Conditional Zoning District, as above described, subject to
the following conditions :
1 . The entire area between the building and Black
Hawk Road be hard surfaced.
2 . The front 150 feet of the west side of the
property be hard surfaced.
3 . Outside storage be limited to the fenced in area
at the rear of the property. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
