ORDINANCE NO. 4431
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: ADDING SUBSECTION (86a) LIME STREET TO
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND REPEALING
SUBSECTION (153) VINE STREET OF SECTION 543 ,
THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (153) VINE STREET; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (11) BARCLAY STREET (S) ;
AND ADDING SUBSECTION (4a) BARCLAY STREET (S)
AND VINE STREET TO SECTION 544 , ALL-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (86a) Lime Street is hereby added to Section
543 , Thru Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, as follows :
(86a) Lime Street From E. 4th Street to east end of Lime
Street
That Subsection (153) Vine Street of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (153) Vine Street of Section 543 ,
Thru Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(153) Vine Street From South Barclay Street to east end of
Vine Street
That Subsection (11) Barclay Street (S) of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
That Subsection (4a) Barclay Street (S) and Vine Street is
hereby added to Section 544, All-Way Stop Intersections, of the
1999 Traffic Code, as follows :
(4a) Barclay Street (S) and Vine Street

the Mayor on the 23rd day of August, 2000 .
