ORDINANCE NO. 4433
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 320 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 319, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty
(320) .
"320 .
James Eggers Addition all Lots 1 and 2 Block 4 all Lot
3 Block 4 except Southwest 5 feet all Lot 4 Block 4
except Southwest 5 feet all Lot 5 Block 4 except
Southwest 5 feet and except city on North also part Lot
26 Auditor' s Falls Ave and Mullan Ave Plat lying
Northeasterly of an extension Northwesterly of
Northeasterly line of Southeasterly 5 feet of Lots 3 , 4
and 5 Bock 4 James Eggers Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-2" , Heavy
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" ,
Commercial District as above described subject to the following
conditions :
1 . The developer apprises the prospective buyers that the
Deer facility is a twenty-four hour, seven-day
industrial operation, and that noise and odors
generated must be tolerated. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
