AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (132) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (132) FOURTH STREET
(E) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (2) FOURTH STREET (E) OF SECTION
576, NO PARKING 11 : 00 P.M. TO 5 : 00 A.M. ; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (2)
FOURTH STREET (E) OF SECTION 576, NO PARKING
11 : 00 P.M. TO 5 : 00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (132) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1999
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (132) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1999 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(132) Fourth Street (E) West side Franklin to Lime; west side
Parker to Arlington; both sides Sumner to
Adams; east side Webster to Donald
That Subsection (2) Fourth Street (E) of Section 576, No
Parking 11 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m. , of the 1999 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; and that Subsection (2) Fourth
Street (E) of Section 576, No Parking 11 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m. , of
the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
(2) Fourth Street (E) East side in the 700 and 800 blocks; west
side in the 1400 block
