ORDINANCE NO. 4438
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: REPEALING SUBSECTION (7) SYCAMORE STREET
OF SECTION 568, TWO HOUR PARKING BETWEEN 8 : 00
A.M. AND 4 : 00 P.M. ; AND REPEALING SECTION
574, NO PARKING 12 : 00 NOON TO 4 : 00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (7) Sycamore Street of Section 568 , Two Hour
Parking Between 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 00 p.m. , of the 1999 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
That Section 574 , No Parking 12 : 00 Noon to 4 : 00 p.m. , of the
1999 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
