AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (3) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 571, NO PARKING 8 : 00 A.M. TO 4 : 00
P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (3) Fourth Street (E) of Section 571, No
Parking 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. , of the 1999 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 25, 2000
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: September 25, 2000
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 25, 2000
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
