AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 25 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE TO 12 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG PINEHURST LANE AT
WEST 4TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The northeasterly twelve and one half (12 ) feet of
the southwesterly twenty-five (25) foot platted
building line of Lot 12 , Pinehurst Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 25 feet to 12 feet .
