ORDINANCE NO. 4445
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE 16' X
30' SECTION OF ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BEHIND
MIRACLE CAR WASH, 2727 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the Thirty (30) foot alley as platted in
Kearns Addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
described as the Southeasterly Sixteen (16) feet of
said alley lying Northwesterly of the Southwesterly
extension of the Southeast line of Lot Forty-three (43)
in said Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.
