ORDINANCE NO. 4446
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 321 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 320, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
one (3 21) .
"321 .
The Northeasterly 37 . 5 feet of Lots 9 and 10; and the
Northeasterly 37 . 5 feet of the Southeasterly 14 of Lot 8
in Block 7, Don' s Addition to the Village of Waterloo,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" , Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" ,
Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
