ORDINANCE NO. 4450
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SECTION 272 , AUTHORIZED
ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SECTION 272 , AUTHORIZED
ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 272 , Authorized Enforcement Agencies, of the
1999 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Section 272 , Authorized Enforcement Agencies, of the 1999 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
SEC. 272 . AUTHORIZED ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES .
The Waterloo Police Department, parking enforcement
officers, code enforcement officers, and any other persons
authorized by resolution of the City council are hereby
authorized as the enforcement agencies for all parking
regulations .

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

the Mayor on the 13th day of December, 2000 .
