ORDINANCE NO. 4462
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (300) PARK LANE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (300) PARK LANE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (300) Park Lane of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(300) Park Lane of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(300) Park Lane Southwest side in 600 block; northeast
side from Fairlane to Kimball Avenue;
south side from Kimball to Colby

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 26th day of March, 2001, and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 28th day of March, 2001 .
