ORDINANCE NO. 4463
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY ABUTTING PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1010 BROADWAY STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 20' wide alley as platted in Block 3 of Burnside
Plat that lies Southeasterly of the West line of Block
3 extended North to the railroad right-of-way, and
Northwesterly of the East line of Lot 3 Block 3 said
addition extended North to the railroad right-of-way,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: March 26, 2001
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: March 26, 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
