ORDINANCE NO. 4465
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 322 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 321, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
two (322) .
"322 .
That part of the East One-half (E%) of Section Seven
(7) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen
West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Timberline
Patio Homes Condominium; thence Westerly along the
Southerly line of said Timberline Patio Homes extended,
to a point which is Thirty (30) feet Northwesterly of
and normally distant from the Southwesterly extension
of the Northwesterly line of said Timberline Patio
Homes; thence Southwesterly parallel with said
Northwesterly line of Timberline Patio Homes Five
Hundred Twenty-eight and Six Tenths (528 . 6) feet to a
point which is Thirty (30) feet normally distant from
and Northeasterly of a line drawn from the intersection
point of the centerlines of U. S . Highway No. 63 and
Ranchero Road to the intersection point of the
centerlines of West Fourth Street and Winghaven Drive,
said line being called the centerline of "Ranchero Road
Extension" ; thence Southeasterly Thirty (30) feet
parallel with said "Ranchero Road Extension" ; thence
Northeasterly Five Hundred Fifty (550) feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0 . 37 acre, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2 " ,
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3 ,R-P" ,
Multiple Planned Residential District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
