ORDINANCE NO. 4466
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 25 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE TO 23 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG CHARM DRIVE AT
HEATHER LANE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The platted building line along the southwesterly line
of Lot 71 Southland Park 3rd Addition (said line being
normally distant to curve #3 of said plat) , all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 25 feet to 23 feet .

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: April 9, 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: April 9, 2001
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: April 9, 2001
