ORDINANCE NO. 4468
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 323 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 322, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
three (323) .

Unplatted Waterloo West East 300 feet South 445 . 8 feet
Southeast Southeast Southeast except East 200 feet
North 100 feet and except Highways Section 3 Township
88 Range 13 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa
and,
Unplatted Waterloo West North 100 feet South 445 . 8 feet
East 200 feet Southeast Southeast Section 3 Township 88
Range 13 except Highway, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" ,
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" ,
Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
