AN ORDINANCE VACATING 50 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
EAST PORTION OF 541 BELLE STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The building line as platted along the Southeasterly
line of Lot 63 Cedar Terrace 2nd Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: May 7, 2001
