ORDINANCE NO. 4473
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 92 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 91, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-two (92) .
"92 .
Miller Park Addition Lot 1 Block 4, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-
2, C-Z", Conditional One and Two Family Residence District as above
described, subject to the following conditions:
1 . The required two parking stalls be provided off street.
2 . Signage as allowed in the home occupation standard which is
not to exceed l'x 1' sign attached to the home.
3. The salon be a one person, owner operated business.
4 . Hours and days of operation as stated in the letter of
conditions sighed by the applicant. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
