ORDINANCE NO. 4477
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 324, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
five (325) .

Section 33 Township 89 Range 13 described as follows :
beginning at Southwest corner Byrnbrae Second Addition
said point also lying on West line East 25 acres said
Northeast Southeast said point also lying on North line
South 8 acres said East 25 acres thence East along
South line said Byrnbrae Second Addition 755 . 85 feet
thence South 122 . 9 feet to point of curvature of a
5712 . 55 foot radius curve concave Easterly with a long
chord of 247 . 05 feet which bears South 2°18 ' 50" East
thence Southerly along said curve 247 . 07 feet to point
of tangency thence South 3°36' 10" East 79 . 61 feet to
South line said Northeast Southeast thence West 765 .25
feet to West line said 25 acres thence North 449 .45
feet to point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-3,R-P" Planned Multiple Residence District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
