ORDINANCE NO. 4480
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE NORTH-
SOUTH ALLEY ABUTTING PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 710 BROADWAY STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
OF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 20 foot wide alley as platted in Block
3 of Ricker and Bratnober Land Company Addition that
lies South of a line from the Northeast corner of Lot 6
Block 3 said addition to the Northwest corner of Lot 7
Block 3 said addition, and North of the South line of
Lot 7 Block 3 extended Westerly to its intersection
with Lot 4 Block 3 said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
