AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 30 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE TO 15 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG MEADOW LANE AT
MONTICELLO AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The building line as platted along the northeasterly
line of Lot 31 of West Ridge 3rd Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 30 feet to 15 feet .

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 2 , 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 2 , 2001
